We warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If after verifying and you found out that your product is defective and requires replacement, you may contact us through e-mail.
What should I do if I’m having trouble wiring my Wall Switch?
Electrical wirings are best done by a professional electrician so it is highly recommended to consult one.
Will Yoswit Light Switch work in a three-way compatible switch and a dimmer?
The YOSWIT Wall Switch have a dimmer and compatible with a three-way multi-location control switches. You can choose them on the product pages.
What should I do if the Light Switches in my house do not have neutral wire installed?
The YOSWIT Wall Switch support no neutral wire conditions. So don't get worry about it. |
Is there a replacement way for products not purchased from the web store?
Yes. There are two(2) options to do so:
- If the product is still under warranty and you still have the original receipt, you may be able to return your product to the place where it was purchased. The store may be able to swap the faulty product for you if they have a compatible product in stock. This is given after you have spoken to our Technical Support Team to confirm the product is faulty.
- If you can provide a copy of your mailing receipt that confirms you have sent your faulty product to us for replacement, our customer care team can have your replacement product released from our warehouse and expedite the process for you. Please mail your receipt to support@yoswit.com with a scanned copy of the receipt, referencing your name and case number.
What is the period of coverage for this warranty?
Our product has a standard 2-years limited warranty for hardware support.
Is it safe to use my credit card and debit card to purchase products?

What is not covered by this warranty?
No warranties will be honoured unless the purchaser provides, at purchaser's expense, the product for inspection. No warranties will be honoured if we determines that the product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. Our Product Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low-voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
